The senior-level civil court on Tuesday refused to stop the work on the Metro Rail's Durga Mata Mandir area. Similarly, the application for the Durga Mata Mandir Trust was rejected. Metro rail work is being done from Durga Mata Temple site. There is a dispute over the ownership of this land. The temple trust and the municipal corporation are claiming ownership of the land. Durga Mata Mandir Trust has filed a petition in Civil Court through Power of Attorney Urmila Vishwakarma for getting ownership of the land.

The Trust had filed an application for this claim and requested the stay on the Metro work until the claim was pending. He opposed the Metro Rail. Vishwakarma has no right to file such an application. Also, the objection that the matter can not be turned into civil court according to the law metro rail. The court, after considering various matters, refused to adjourn the work of the Metro. Also, the next hearing has been fixed on April 13 on the original claim. Ad by Metro Railway Virat Mishra, adv.
